The handles on the sides make it very easy to move the pan on and off the grill. Very robust and easy to care for - simply hand wash, dry and coat with oil! Carbon steel can rust if left wet or damp, so it is important to dry the grill pan immediately after washing. Over time, the steel will oxidise and take on a beautiful natural patina, giving your grill pan a unique character of its own!
